Daalarna wedding and evening gowns can be ordered in person at our Budapest boutique or at one of our international retailers. If there is no retailer in your country, please send us an email to info@daalarna.com to inquire about international shipping.
The products in the webshop (Dream by Daalarna, Batz X Daalarna) can also be viewed, tried on and purchased in person in our flagship store in Budapest. However, our webshop products can also be ordered online with a few clicks. We offer the following delivery and payment options:
Delivery outside Hungary:
Currently we ship orders to the following countries: European Union countries, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia

The delivery time for products in stock is on average 3-4 working days. The average delivery time for products from the Batz X Daalarna collaboration is 1 week. An exception is the Daisy model, which has a production and delivery time of approximately 60 days.
Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCEPT EU) MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY YOU, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES AND CANNOT PREDICT WHAT THEY MIGHT BE.
For all orders sent within the EU, there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives at the destination. We ship with FedEx Priority service, signature may be required on receipt.
Kindly note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.
Delivery within Hungary:
FOXPOST parcel lockers
FOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless and environmentally conscious package receiving and sending method. There are nearly 1200 lockers around the country, and are available both indoors and outdoors from 0-24 hours. You can track your package anytime and anywhere in the FOXPOST application, and you can also pick it up using it. As soon as the package arrives at the machine, you will be notified by e-mail and primarily via Viber or SMS, and you will be sent the unique code with which you can collect your package within 5 days.
The delivery fee is 990 HUF.
GLS home delivery
With GLS home delivery, you have the option of having your order delivered to your home, workplace or any other address available in Hungary other than your billing address. The courier service delivers on working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. We will send you an e-mail notification about your package and the expected delivery date.
The delivery fee is 1890 HUF.
MPL home delivery
Your package will be delivered by employees of the MPL courier service. With MPL home delivery, you can request your order to any address in Hungary. The courier service delivers on working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. You will be notified by e-mail about your package and the expected delivery date.
The delivery fee is HUF 1990 HUF.
MPL PostaPont, parcel locker, package left at the post office
You can get your order delivered at one of the more than 3,000 MPL PostaPonts, an MPL parcel locker, or you can pick up your package at a nearby post office. You don't have to wait for the courier at home, you can easily pick up the ordered packages before or after work, or even while shopping, because most package lockers are available nationwide within 0-24 hours. If you request your order to be sent by post, you can connect the package collection with another postal administration.
