Daalarna wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic (Hungary) and EU orders of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.

  • All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.
  • Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed within 14 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. You can inquire about the return fees at the courier service of your choice.

If the size of the ordered product is not suitable, you would rather choose another article, or if you just simply do not like it, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 days and order a different size or a different product by placing a new order. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when placing a new order, we cannot guarantee that all products included in the previous order are available. When placing a new order, you can choose from the current product selection at the product’s current price. It is possible that the selling price has increased or decreased since the original order was placed.

If the size is not right and you want to exchange it or choose another product, you can do it in person at the Daalarna flagship store in Budapest as well. In this case, please contact us, ask if the right size is in stock, and let us know when you would like to visit us.
